Headquartered in San Francisco, FN Fund is a seed-stage venture capital firm affiliated with Founders Network (FN), an invite-only community of tech startup founders and serial entrepreneurs.

Established in 2011 by FN Fund General Partner Kevin Holmes, FN has grown into a global peer mentorship organization of over 600+ tech startup founders backed by a robust online platform, educational programming, and personalized support.

Counting over 2,000 member companies since inception, FN has developed a robust proprietary deal flow, boasting notable unicorns such as Docker ($2.1B), ProductBoard ($1.7B), InCode ($1.25B), Paystand ($1B+) and Braze ($8B IPO). Over the next three years, our fund aims to provide crucial capital and support to top pre-seed and seed-stage startups in this pipeline.

With over two decades of experience working closely with early-stage founders, Holmes has developed a keen eye for identifying high-potential founders with exceptional aptitude for scaling technology ventures. He is supported in fund operations by Tara Perillo, former operations manager for Y Combinator and Kindred Ventures.
