Frequently asked questions

For founders

What does FN Fund invest in?

Pre-seed companies founded by Founders Network members. Checks are $50K–$500K.

We're sector- and location-agnostic: we back FN founders wherever they're based and whatever they're building.

Do I have to be a member of Founders Network to pitch?

Yes. FN Fund only backs founders who are members of Founders Network, an invitation-only community of tech founders committed to peer mentorship.

How do I become a member?

Membership is for full-time tech founders and is by invitation only. Tell us about yourself with the form on this site; if you qualify, a member nominates you and you're invited to apply. Who membership is for, and what it includes, is on foundersnetwork.com.

Does membership guarantee funding?

No. Membership in Founders Network doesn't guarantee funding from FN Fund.

How do I get in front of FN Fund?

FN Fund gets to know founders through their time in the Founders Network community. Members who are raising can book a meeting with the FN Fund team to share their deck.

For investors

How do I see fund materials?

Fund materials are shared only with accredited investors who have an existing relationship with Founders Network or our team. If you've been sent a passcode, enter it on the Invited Investors page.

I'm an investor. How do I get in touch?

Choose Investor on the get-in-touch form and answer a few questions about your investing. The team follows up about the Founders Network investor community. Nothing on this site is an offer of interests in any fund.

Who can participate?

Accredited investors only. Non-US residents who meet the U.S. SEC accreditation requirements may participate.
